Program
The TGS in 3D training in 3 inseparable modules is aimed at physiotherapists and qualified doctors or those in their final year of study.
Each module includes both theoretical and practical components. The number of participants is limited.
SEMINAR 1
Duration: 3 days, 9 am – 6 pm
- Fundamentals of scoliosis.
- Diagnose the form of scoliosis and identify its therapy.
- The different types of scoliosis
- The scoliosis assessment
- Understand gibbosity, convexity, concavity, and their impact on scoliosis.
- Understand therapy in 3 or 4 dimensions.
- The pelvis: its position, ligaments, and mobilization.
- Anatomy and physiology from the perspective of scoliosis.
- Avoid errors in therapy.
- Basics of the TGS 3D method.
- TGS 3D exercises for beginners
SEMINAR 2
Duration: 3 days, 9 am – 6 pm
- The pelvis, its muscles, and the abdominal muscles
- Hyperkyphosis and scoliosis
- 3D respiration
- Breathing and the thoracic cage
- The shoulder girdle and upper limbs
- Consequences of walking on scoliosis
- Analyzing X-rays, taking measurements of the pelvis and the spine
- Massages adapted for scoliosis and hyperkyphosis
- TGS 3D exercises advanced level
SEMINAR 3
Duration: 3 days, 9 am – 6 pm
- Different therapies depending on age
- Everyday movements and sport
- Scoliosis-related pain
- Analysis of scoliosis cases from participants’ patients (photos, X-rays…)
- Assessment and therapy planning
- Scoliosis of the face and neck, cervical spine, head, jaw, and tongue
- Performing a diagnosis and therapy with a patient live
- TGS 3D exercises for experts
